Matthew Cooper, M.D., is the Director of Kidney and Pancreas Transplantation at Medstar Georgetown Transplant Institute and Professor of Surgery at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Cooper is a decorated kidney transplant surgeon with 19 years of experience. He has directed three of the largest kidney and pancreas transplant programs in the United States. He is currently an IPITA Councilor.
